Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 14 days.

Products must be unused and in re-saleable condition. If your merchandise is found to be used or un-saleable, we may refuse to refund or exchange your items, or offer a refund in form of a store credit. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our automated returns can be found in your account on the bottom of your order, making it effortless to return your items, preferably in their original packaging. You can use any carrier to return the items to us.

REFUNDS
Request for your refund must be sent via email within 14 days from your purchase. Email to be sent to info@sunnmathisi.com.  We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will refund you by the same method as your original payment, which typically takes a few days from receipt of your returned item.

 

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sunnmathisi.com

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Merchandise damaged by misuse, accidents, fire, flood or other natural disasters are as such not covered by warranty.
